All Cancellations must be intimated to us on phone followed by a confirmation via e-mail. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as 'Cancellation request'.

  1. 100% refund - If cancellation is made before 72 hours prior to check-in
  2. 75% refund - If cancellation is made below 72 hours prior to check in
  3. 50% refund - If cancellation is made below 48 hours
  4. No refund - If cancellation is made below 24 hours prior to check in
  5. failure to arrive will be treated as a No- show and there will be no refund
  6. Refund would be made within 7 working days

Your 24-hour stay begins from the time you check in, allowing you to check out at the same time the following day. This ensures maximum comfort and flexibility, especially for guests arriving at odd hours or with tight travel schedules.
